This Privacy Policy describes how Millennium MP3 Player ("the app", "we") handles information when you use the Android application.

1. Overview

Millennium MP3 Player is an offline music player. The app works without an account — we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number, and we do not create user profiles.

The app is monetized with advertising (Google AdMob) and optional in-app purchases (Google Play Billing) that remove ads and unlock extra content. See sections 2.3 and 2.5 for details.

2. Information the app processes

2.1 Audio files on your device

The app reads the audio files stored on your device (with your permission) to build your music library. This information never leaves your device — it is stored locally on your phone and is not uploaded to us or to any server.

2.2 Local settings and playlists

Your preferences, playlists, play counts, and similar data are stored locally on the device.

2.3 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows advertising via Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:

Google's use of this information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Ads policies. Depending on your region (EEA/UK and elsewhere) you will be shown a consent form where you can choose whether personalized ads are allowed; you can change or withdraw this decision at any time via the app's privacy options entry point.

2.4 Internet radio and lyrics

If you use the internet-radio feature, the app connects to third-party radio directories and streams; the network request may expose your IP address to those third parties. Lyrics, when available, are fetched from third-party providers for the track being played.

2.5 In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

The app offers optional in-app purchases (for example, an upgrade that removes advertising and unlocks additional skins and features). All payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing (Google LLC):

3. What we do NOT do

4. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Your rights and choices

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where required, announced in the release notes.
